  1. Let me tell you what happened and you tell me how many star should I give. My first deposit was typical. Second deposit took over 2 months. I finally tracked down an agent to help. Even then it took many more rounds to get the money. Knowing my account deposit is problematic, I looked for the same agent for another deposit. I spoke with a bot. I made sure I submitted a work order. Nobody got back to me. I talked to an agent. She was only interested in helping me to do a deposit. I wanted to know why nobody contacted me. She assured me the first agent would contact me. More time went by, I spoke with the third agent. She even set up a time for the first agent to CALL ME. I set aside time for this phone call. NOTHING. The 4th agent, again, down played my complaint, only wanted to help me to deposit money. We are going through uncharted territory. The US market has never seen so much debt, so much QE, sky high inflation and almost zero interest rate. A huge bubble can burst any time. US market/dollar may never recover this time. TIPS etf pays inflation rate. I am watching inflation going up with me sitting on the outside. I want my money in Gold, gold producers, TIPS STIP, energy, energy transport, commodities, staple stocks, most importantly, cash to buy the dip. I can’t even get Questrade to give me a reply, much less deposit money for investment. Parking lot attendants should give better customer service. How many stars should I give them? -5?

  2. Ive been trying to open an account for two weeks now. I cannot sign the individual Investment Agreement (It cycles me back to the summary screen or logs me out). Ive done 3 online chats – two phone conversations and 3 emails. None have resolved the issue. One said they reset something and that should be it – it wasnt. I am still waiting for a resolution – Im glad I didnt invest a lot here at this point

  3. I was asked to update an information Form however, it is impossible to
    SAVE . I have sent many emails regarding the specific problem but never received a response other than to keep requesting that this Form needs to be updated! The agents refuse to acknowledge the problem .
    I also contacted an agent by phone and the only suggestion was to “use my cell” rather than a computer. The cell didn’t work either!

  4. Its taken 29 Days and still have not been able to open an account. they say on line its fast and they make it easy. Dont believe it. I was on vacation in Mexico and had a lot of free time to trade so wanted to open an account. I was told i have to return back to Canada to open it, or fill out forms of overseas paperwork, than they could processes it. WoW!!

    So i went to some other places
    1st Place was 4.8 min and i had an account open and funded.
    2nd Place 6 hrs. later had an account open and funded.
    Do you think QT has a problem ?
    QT: not so smart. Stay away from these people please. IQ edge good , but customer service sucks. Their programed to think only in their box. they make you believe you have no other options but their way. I’m telling you they dont know what’s law, or have flexibility. My lawyer said are these people dum or what!!! LOL

  5. Zeros if I could.

    This organization is a scam and should be closed down through government enforcement for personal fraud by a corporation.

    They will hold your money and ghost you when you wish/need to withdraw funds.

    When they ask for paperwork, it’s a delay tactic. The longer they hold your funds or investments,the more they make on related trades (options, cash balances, long-lending, etc).

    They are private for a reason.
    Don’t ever trust them with your money.

    Many months of problems and headaches, no telling when it will end.

    Probably going legal to get my money out 🙁

    The rep dismissed my concern, and said to just wait and it would fix itself in a couple days.
    Three weeks later, same problem.

  7. the Worst Customer Service on Planet Earth!! It is Absolutely Impossible to talk to Customer Service!!! the chances of talking to Customer Service would be same as winning $1000,000 in Lotto
