Regardless of the membership plan you have chosen, you do have the option of freezing your Ft4Less membership whenever you want to. This is a good idea if you plan to travel for a while and if you don’t want to pay more when you return. Luckily, Fit4Less allows its members to freeze their membership for up to 30 days, thus giving them a chance to save up at a higher rate.

To do this, you will need to fill out the membership change form on their website with details of your membership, including name, number, email, etc. You can either fill out this form online or visit the club and use the self-service kiosk there. Once done, the staff at Fit4Less will either message you for further details or you will receive an email regarding the confirmation of your membership getting frozen.

If this does not work for some reason, or if you don’t plan to return to the gym within 30 days, you can cancel your Fit4Less membership instead. Once you’re ready, you can become a member again. Fortunately, this option will not cost you more money, so it is worth exploring. It is also a straightforward and cost-effective option.

However, there are specific requirements you must meet to be eligible for cancellation. For example, you shouldn’t be in your commitment period at the gym; otherwise, you will need to pay for the whole year. Black card members don’t serve a commitment period, so they can cancel their membership anytime (we explored different Fit4Less membership options here).

Similarly, it should be noted that if you have paid for the whole year and want to cancel your membership, your money will not be refunded. To cancel your membership, you can fill out the form on their self-service kiosk at the club or call on their official gym number. It’s best to visit their website to find the number corresponding to your gym location and call them so they can guide you better.
