  1. I switched my service from 75Mbs to 300 Mbs last month. The service I am getting is nowhere near as promised. I have been trying to contact Comwave since then but in vain. None of your help sites on the internet opens. Tried many times to call but there is no option to talk to a live agent. My frustration is at its peak now. If my issue is not resolved asap, I will have no other option other than to cancel my service. It will be a sad thing for me as I have been with Comwave for more than 10 years.

  4. I have not had phone service since Thursday . I have gone to the help page and filed . I have not received any reply as of today Monday . My husband is ill and the Doctors call him at this phone . I have been with comwave for a long time . I am very disappointed .

  5. I complained about my TV not working on a Friday. I got a call back only on the next Tuesday @ 11:30 AM. Good, they fixed it. But I was without TV for almost more than 3 days.
    So, you can improve this service with a quick turnaround. I was about to cancel the service with Comwave. Hope the service is handled better quickly next time.

  6. This is the most vile, corrupt internet service in Canada.
    They take money out of my account when a payment doesn’t start until July/2020
    NO ONE is near the phones, EVER. and their vile comments/feed back in social media stinks.
    I would like to be disconnected, TODAY!

We had bad weather around my house 2 weeks ago and it happened so many times over the years that one or both phone and internet got disconnected from the outside.Now our VOIP phone has not been working for 2 weeks.No dial tone,blue lights solid 24 hr.doing nothing.Double checked .After the first ticket response they called my dead phone contact # and emailed me that they could not reach me.I talked to a Bell tech who was working on the main panel beside my house and said,I needed tech support but could not help me.After 4 ticket request ,still no response.I think I will cancel my phone and go somewhere else
