Canada Post customer care and support service

Canada Post is the national and premier postal service which caters and fulfills the needs and requirements for postage, parcels, letters, and packages for the people of Canada.

Previously, it was known as Royal Mail Canada but its origins go even further back. Canada Post boasts a proud lineage of service and quality of more than 250 years. It is one of the oldest postal services in the world. It ceased to exist as a government entity and was converted into a public corporation in 1981 to ensure its efficiency, independence, and profitability.

Currently, Canada Post boasts a proud service of facilitating more than 16 million addresses, all catered to by 25,000 couriers, a fleet of 13,000 vehicles, and more than 6,200 post offices across the country. Compared to other national courier services in other countries, Canada Post takes special pride in the fact of its extensive coverage network down to the nooks and crannies of Canada.

It is not for no reason that they are the best and most favored of the courier services in Canada. Canada Post strongly believes in strong customer support systems and its Canada Post customer support is one of the best and most systematic across all courier services.

Through its centuries of operations, the entity now known as Canada Post realizes the immense value and importance of servicing and fulfilling the concerns and problems of its customers no matter when they might arise. This is why Canada Post customer support is one of the best in the business.

Customer Support

Canada Post offers a number of customer support options on its website. From the traditional postage service to email and direct interaction through social media handles, there are multiple ways to reach Canada Post customer services. We will guide you through the many options that Canada Post customer support offers so you can choose the best outlet and get your query solved in no time.

Apart from the main operations, having a fast, updated, and consistent tracking service is arguably the bread and butter for a delivery and courier service today. Canada Post realizes that modern customers want to stay updated about the status of their parcels and deliveries at all times.

This is why when you go to their website, you will immediately see a tracking option which can show you the status of your packages and deliveries. There are other options available on the counter too like getting rates, finding the nearest post office near you or finding out your postal code. These are some of the more common queries that people have and Canada Post customer support has it all located in one handy dandy spot.

Call Centre

Most other courier services have at most one or two general helpline numbers to cater audiences which admittedly do respectable jobs. Canada Post steps beyond that and has specialized numbers available for a variety of concerns and issues.

  2. according to tracking my parcel is in Edmonton not southern Ontario after starting in Mississauga. It’s now overdue by 5 days. I can’t use the service ticket because BestBuy does not supply an address/postal code or contact person. BestBuy says I have to wait 10 days before it can be declared undeliverable. Unacceptable……..
