    I give up trying to do business with Tangerine. Very frustrating!!

    I spent a considerable amount of time getting info and deciding to give Tangerine a try. I wanted to transfer a fairly large amount of money from a credit union account into a TFSA with Tangerine but can see no way of doing it. It seems you must link to a REAL bank’s chequing account or nothing. I only have savings and term deposits with my credit union, so I guess there’s no way for me to deposit with Tangerine. When I tried to call for customer support, there were no options to talk to a human being to ask a question.

    Good grief, they have the gall to claim “award winning customer service”. I guess the employees all got together and decided to award that to themselves…as the phone rang on and on unanswered.
