British Columbia Ferry Services can be regarded as one of the biggest and oldest ferry companies in the world. With over 50 years of experience they have been able to build a brand so recognizable and trustworthy that their clients immediately associate it with passion, commitment, and satisfaction. Starting in 1965, this company limited their transportation services to only two ports, having only 2 vessels fleet. Since then they have expanded their horizons by transporting passengers and goods to 47 ports worldwide thanks to their 35 vessels.

If you are currently living in Canada or the United States of America and have any queries, complaints, or problems with BC Ferries, then you can call:

  • The customer care line on 1-888-BC-FERRY (223-3779). This number will be active weekdays from 7AM to 8PM, and on weekend from 8AM to 6PM. The number may incur additional charges on you cellular data plan or telephone bill, so it is advisable for you to contact your service provider for additional information on such charges.
  • You can also make use of the email address to which you can direct any general queries. The customer service email address is customerservice@bcferries.com. Alternatively, you can fill in the online feedback form available on the BC Ferries website.
  • For holiday packages and bookings, please call the 1-888-BC-FERRY (223-3779) and choose extension 3. This telephone number is active on weekdays from 8:30AM to 7PM, Saturdays from 9AM to 6PM, and Sundays from 9AM to 5PM. You can also send an email to vacations@bcferries.com, or book your holiday online through bcferriesvacations.com.

    This will refer to the excellent quality of Service that I received from the following BC Ferries Staff members, Kathy in the Nanaimo Terminal, Greger, John, Brandon, Georgina, Christopher, and Blake. all involved in my transportation via wheel chair while travelling from Departure Bay to Horseshoe Bay October 20 and returning to Departure Bay Nanaimo on October 21st on the 12:30 pm sailing both ways. Without this Service I would not have been able to travel as a “walk-On Passenger” These staff members were very kind, with a great disposition, and most obliging to my needs.
