Although it seems a bit weird that a cross-platform VOIP service owned by a tech giant like Facebook doesn’t offer customer service via phone, there are some solid ways for getting the information and assistance you need from WhatsApp.

The official website has tons of resources available on the FAQ page. The fact that all the threads are organized by specific devices and platforms makes finding your answer a lot easier. Of course, there’s also a search box that you can use to type a specific question.

The contact page is also well-organized and there are specific links you can use, depending on your problem. This way the company ensures that you’ll always get in touch with a representative that’s trained to handle those types of situations.

It’s also a bit disappointing to see that there’s not a lot of feedback or problem-solving potential on Facebook and Twitter. Especially since more and more companies have expanded their customer service on social media platforms in order to allow more users to get in touch with them faster.
