  1. My vinted has been glitching for 2 days! What is going on! 😳 my app and web aren’t working. Im told its a bug. Any idea when I can plan to have things running properly again??

  2. I just sent 5 complaints to their customer service. I have been posting for several months and every time they block my post “thinking” it’s a web picture or false item. The responses are ridiculous, they don’t even properly read what I am complaining about. I already have 11 reviews, all 5 stars about my sold items and 14 items sold, and this is how I am appreciated?They have no idea what background removal app is and how some people prefer to post nice professional pictures, I mean it’s so obvious that pictures are mine and the product is legit. It’s an ongoing thing and I will be giving up on them soon, last try. So fed up about same damn thing… Never had such problem with poshmark. Literally posting same pictures there too!

  3. Simply awful. They cannot and do not read or comprehend English. Issues are not addressed and only stock replies are used. Unfair business practices is standard. The company blocks listings if they think images are stolen. They do not investigate and no amount of proof is good enough that images used are the property of the lister.

  4. Horrible customer service. I had been a member for years, and they blocked my account for no reason (it said there was suspicious financial activity, but I did nothing differently than I ever have). Now, there is no way to get my account back, because it won’t even let me contact customer service due to my account being blocked. I have no idea what I could have done differently to prevent this from happening.
