  1. I would give them a “0” for customer service….I’ve been attempting to contact Customer Service for several days. The first message I sent, has not been returned after 4 days. Today, I was on phone-hold for over 25 minutes, listening to the same annoying “Tupperware” song. I hung up. I also attempted to engage a live-chat conversation with a representative. The message “your estimated wait time is 0 minutes and 10 seconds” was re-posted every 2 minutes until I finally disconnected after 20 MINUTES. This is customer service at its worst. Never giving this company another penny of my money.

  2. I opened a chat line. I clearly explained the problem. The person asked me two more times what the issue was. I responded both times, that is now three explanations of the difficulty. Then I was asked to pay $2.00 to connect with someone who could help me! This was to be refunded. I had purchased two CounterScaping containers at $39.00 plus taxes plus shipping! I cannot open these containers as I have arthritis in my thumb. My husband finds them difficult too. I am not happy with the overpriced products.

  3. I have never been so disappointed in service from a company ever! I understand that the pandemic threw everyone for unexpected changes BUT if what I’m hearing is true and Tupperware did 4x the amount of sales then typical for this time frame, then they can afford to make sure a call center is set up locally to address customer concerns. A world class customer experience should be of the utmost concern to any company, NOT disappearing after the sale has been made and blaming it on lack of resources! Corporate needs to get to work, hire people in the US and Canada to work phones from home and take care of their quadrupled sales these customers made and not blame lockdown in another country. As a PR professional I’m stunned to see such poor service. 2 months waiting for orders and no way to communicate other then email with an extraordinarily slow response time is ludicrous and poor at best quality customer service.
