  1. The GTAA is an international joke. The CEO, which I recently learned. was fired from her job as CEO of LA Airports due to unethical behavior. (Yes, i did fact check this issue) Let’s find someone new to get us out of this mess! I am embarrassed that she believes that 44% on time flights is something of which to be proud.

    Helpful We appreciate your evaluation.
  2. I am thoroughly disgusted with the management of this airport. Travelers have been very patient waiting in long line ups and the chaos of delays. My luggage was lost as it wasn’t put on the right plane. I paid for the UP service only to find it not running when I got to the platform. A staff member told me it was. What is going on? Does anyone actually know? The management CEO!! needs to take some responsibility and fix these problems. Stop blaming the pandemic. Other airports worldwide are functioning. I have been hung up on and unnecessary stress on myself and others. It is angering that there is no compensation, no resolution, no accountability for the disorganization. That is what is so sad, we have to just accept these failures as they tell you to contact your airline… Not right as clearly the airport seems to be the problem.
