I would like to recognize Lynette Lee the pharmacist at the 6045 Creditview Rd Rexall store in Mississauga. Lynette personifies customer service and is a general caring and compassionate pharmacist/person. She is always pleasant and treats me with genuine concern as a customer and human being. I often need assistance with my numerous medications that I’m required to take and Lynette always has the time and patience to address my questions and concerns. During the Covid19 crisis, she enquires about my health status and any vaccine issues that she may be able to address for me. Rexall should be proud to have a such a dedicated individual working on their Rexall team. I’m hoping someone on the Rexall Leadership team can take the time to recognize such outstanding performance, during a time when so many have become discourage. Kudos to Lynette.
The service at store 0662 is terrible. Percriptions are never fully filled. Many trips to fill one percription. I have received someone else’s medication on 2 occasions. There are the rudest cashiers I ever dealt with. Only one cashier at all times. Meanwhile the other employees to busy gossiping on floor. I believe they need to clean this place up. I have already transferred my percriptions to Akinheads much better service and they are able to fill all my percriptions at once. Terrible service.
Hello, I have send messages before being king of negative. But now I would like to commend the pharmacists who have helped me with their Kind services; customers-patients are very important. Most of the pharmacist know me by visual even wearing a mask. The female pharmacist spoke to me yesterday and always with courtesy. She helped my navigate with my repeat meds. from my family physician. I will organize a small token for them all, before Christmas. At times when I owed a few pennies, she mentioned to me, you owe nothing with a smile. When I worked in radiology at our local hospital, being told to respond with a light smile, your tone of voice changes, which is so true. Therefore I find that all staff at the Azilda Rexall, have come a long way, with patient-customer service. That is good feed back, and I belong to a Female group only, and our goals are Charity, Unity, Amical, in French Unité, Charité,Amitié.

Unfortunately their Alliston location is probably their worst location. The pharmacist is very arrogant, rude and uncaring. They never have any of the scripts you require available and tell you that it will take 2 to 3 days to get in. Then when you mention that you are going to call head office they all of a sudden tell you that another customer just cancelled their prescription. Then they also threaten to bar you from coming in to the location ever again. Not very professional and thus unable to recommend this location to anyone.
