  • Today when I went to SS in Prince George BC I couldn’t help but notice how disgusting the parking lot was. There was garbage everywhere things looked liked they hadn’t been cleaned up for months . Things didn’t seem much better in places in the store. The dairy cooler always smells like sour milk and the doors and handles look so disgusting I won’t touch them. I enjoy shopping at your store as its close to home for me and prices are better than some other places. I am very disappointed in the over all cleanliness of the store. I will start shopping elsewhere if I feel like food I am purchasing is stored in less than ideal conditions.
Also the hand baskets are in need of a cleaning, they definitely look like they have never been washed out.
    Thanks for your time.

  • I've been waiting 4 weeks for glasses. Went in to check they were never ordered! They never charged me but somehow it's my fault! Then I say well at least I get optimum points this week but NO she refused to run my optimum card! Do NOT trust their eyeglass place, it has been nothing but terrible service for 6 weeks now and then they refuse to give me my points! This will be our last year using their eyeglass center.

  • I would like to give a big thank you to Teresa, superstore manager in St.Catharines Ont. I had been trying to get a part for the BBQ I had purchased a year ago with no luck.
Today i walked into the store and there it was, the same BBQ. Talked to Teresa about my on going problem. and she did remember me. She said they had one returned
and would check it out. Within ten minutes I had the i needed.
    No questions asked.
Again another big thanks to Teresa
    for great customer service.

  • I would like to right review for that girl (mandeep) was working at your Vernon store in flower department today, she was super friendly and helpful. She helped me to pick the best flowers for my wife

  • I started a chat about a dead Apple gift card and was quickly diverted to a pay for service computer site. There is no way back to Superstore Customer Service and when I try to re-enter, I am automatically diverted to the pay for service site. Well I don’t need computer help, I was sold a dead gift card costing $100.

  • My husband and I shopped at the Vernon BC Superstore last night, we were very disappointed to see at least 10 people shopping in the store not wearing masks! On top of that some employees were either not wearing a mask or wearing them below their nose. The sign is posted at the door requiring people to wear masks while in the store, so obviously the non mask wearers know that no one in this store is going to prevent them from entering! Surely Loblaws can afford to have a control person working at the door to prevent non maskers from entering!

  • Terrible Customer service with PRICE matching !!
I showed cashier pricing from their competitor on my phone, she question the date and she would not match.
I asked for supervisor, who came and asked for the same info.
Just needless waste of time for an easy customer service issue.

I filed a complaint on line, and 4 days in ... NO Contact from RCSS ???

  • superstore has gone mad with price increases..I have been a loyal customer for many years and for the most part they were competitive in their pricing.. now no matter what you select you will find the prices have skyrocketed just look at the prices take the block cheese they have reduced the size and increased the prices by 25%
chicken and beef are priced for millionaires no common folk..
sadly they will be last on my shopping list in the future
check the last quarter's profit statement ...
they are taking advantage of everyone in these troubled times
    I M H O ...gjm.

  • I’m extremely upset. I spend at least $230 every week at at Oxford and Gammage store in London Ontario. And when I spend $250 I usually have a gift for spending that amount. Today I spent $303.58 on groceries and I go up to collect a gift ..and the clerk tells me there’s no gift this week. I spend close to $1000 per month at Superstore and the store can’t give something to their valued customer? Shameful I couldn’t believe that she said nope no gift this week !!!! I’m appalled I’ve been shopping for numerous of years with Superstore and spending my well earned money and also getting people to shop there and you can’t afford a $25 gift for people who shop there??? And who spend over $250 almost every week? I’m very disappointed
