  1. PRIMUS is loosing me!
    The service is unacceptable. My email did not work, I called on Friday and was on hold for OVER TWO HOURS. The contact person could not help me and recommended I all on Saturday early morning. I called at SEVEN in the morning — I am STILL ON HOLD …. TWO HOURS! How long do I need to wait???

  2. My Primus phone line went down at 8 PM on June 30. I phoned the Primus Technical support line and waited on the phone for over 45 minutes . I ave up. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever received from Primus. I wish that I could somehow give them a zero.

  3. For some reason their customer service is just terrible. Waited over 50 min and to have a CSR put me on hold for another 20 b4 i ended call. This has happened a couple of times now. Their so messed up sending me stuff for someone else and made me feel responsible because i have the same last name and live in same town lol.Just tried to straighten this out. ROFL Now i’ve had an ok time with them on my account np. This extra BS wow .
