  1. Terrible experience with it. They put my pc optimum card inactivated with no reason. And they promised to activate the card within 24 hrs. But the card is still inactive 10 days after I reported the issue. Is this because I have so many points in my card?

  3. Absolutely disgusted with customer service, trying to transfer points from Shoppers Optimum to PC optimum, customer service was rude, in a hurry and totally not helpful plus she couldn’t solve my issue and she hung up on, I can’t believe the way I was treated.

  5. I lost my PC optimum card and I could not get to speak to a live representative despite numerous attempts. I am kept being asked by a robot to enter my card number however, the card is lost.

    If I could give customer service a zero star rating I would give it in a blink of an eye.

  8. If you lose a PC card, you are not entitled to a new one, nor may you add that card to any existing account. I will QUOTE this from their email. they told me in a huge email and 100s words “YOU LOSE A CARD OH WELL. ONE CARD PER PERSON PER LIFETIME”
    not shopping at any optimum outlet again.

  9. worst customer service ever. Waited for 3 hours to contact them and then they transferred my call to another agent and then again I had to wait for 2 hours. Still didn’t fixed my issue.

  10. Very disappointed with PC Optimum. During a recent promotion I became unable to access my account. Now I am directed to open a new account When I try to scan the card I already have am told it is invalid. The app tries to give me a new one with 0 points. The points I have under the first number has points. I want to use them. My invalid card is still accepted at checkouts, but I can’t see offers, points earned on the app. I have contacted PC Optimum multiple times and have received a few replies but issue is still not resolved. No word now for over 3 weeks. I am using (instead of saving the points) on my invalid card, and when I hit 0 I’ll do my shopping elsewhere

  12. I have never been so unimpressed with customer service in my life. He so nicely called me a b**** on the phone January 27 in between 5-6pm as I’ve been on hold for 25 minutes then transferred me to NOTHING. I will NEVER use pc products, go to Shoppers Drug Mart or Atlantic Superstore ever again. I’m trying to cancel my subscription for PC membership and I can’t get ahold of anyone to do it. Tonight I waited 40 minutes for my groceries just for them to forget items AGAIN. I hate this service and want my annual subscription money back

  13. PC Optimum customer service is really horrible! I have had long standing issues with them and till today they are still not resolved. They gave me promo codes which I cannot use as most of my online orders are deleted or cancelled due to unavailability of product, so I asked them to provide me with a store card. They said they could not do that and would provide me PC Optimum points in place of the promo codes. They owe me over 100000 points and I am still waiting for them to credit my PC Optimum Card with the points. They give me a link which is rubbish http://www.pcexpress.ca. for any other question, and If you click on that link it just takes you to PC Express shopping site, and I have no use for that as I cannot register my complaint.

  14. I love Optimum program, and usually if I contact them I get a response quickly.. I’m missing points from service I set up at a grocery store pavilion. I’ve msg Optimum 5 times thru missing points on my app and have had absolutely no response. Its not slot of points buyt now is just the point no one has replied to me.

  15. I had a horrible experience with PC optimum’s care team. i called 3 times and they still couldn’t resolve my issue. Each time, they all gave me different information about when i would get my points back. Overall they were rude and didn’t seem to want to help at all.

  16. I am not getting emails from No frills advising what the weekly specials are and am not getting any points for purchases. Apparently my card is not linked in to pcoptimum. I have been unable to get it linked and can get NO help from the pcoptimum computer site. I am thuroughly disappointed and frustrated!!

  17. Right now it is a zero.
    I have been trying for well over an hour to talk to a representative to redeem points I did not get with my purchase yesterday. They make it impossible to get through. I sat waiting in the “ queue “, Only to be dropped after waiting 45 minutes. I then spent, so much time that I will never get back and still have not figured out how to get my missing points
    Very unhappy.
