  1. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Tristan at the Walmart Brock Rd Pickering location. I want to confirm to his superiors that he was both friendly and profession even though the management has put the staff there in a difficult situation. I received a promotion for this location to have an oil change and tire change over. I was surprised when I was told that most of the equipment had already been removed and they no longer offered the tire service there. Of course I was not pleased to hear this and advised I would send a note regarding same. It is not the staffs fault that customers had not been informed of this when they received reminder notices, and promotions and yet they are the ones dealing face to face with them. Given the unfortunate situation he was put into, Tristan was able to do the services that I had set out to accomplish without issue. I have had many visits to this location and been very happy with the services provided. I will try another location when required and hope that I receive this same a1 treatment. Thank you Tristan!

  2. The time b4 this they didn’t screws in my dust plate so now when I go over bumps it drags. This time when I get my oil changed I ask if they would tighten up the screws then they tell me I have a coolant problem which I didn’t before. And when I called them of course they didn’t do it. I have been going the for 5 years. Could i get a response. Thank Teresa Ruppe

  3. I have only gone to the place twice now. My first visit i brought rims and tires for them to install and paid 79.99 and came back later when completed. I picked up the tires and later noticed two tires installed backwards there is big while lettering that says scorpian perelli A/T and they still installed two backwards i went back 2 days later they were wuick to fix their mistake but offered bo apology or refund or rebate of some sort i didnt bother complaining just went about my day. 3 weeks later i brought winter tires for a switchover waited in line for about a hour then was told no more then a hour to complete almost 2 hours later they were finally done the lady behind me next in line was livid. So the next day at work looking at my tires and notice a rotation arrow and thought that was cool until i noticed the two back tires on wrong and went directly there after work and again no sorry no refund just ok pull in we will fix it. My time has been wasted twice now on a mistake that should never happen at a place that does how many tires changes at this point in the season? What does having backwards winter tires do to your tread when they are meant to go in one direction? I deserve a refund and a apology. If you have rookies their your supposed to suppervise them. But this wasnt a rookie.
    And as for the mr.lube reviews responder i have already emailed you last thursday it is now monday still no reply thanks for your speedy reply. It must because of staff shortage due to covid ….NOT. Maybe this review you will answer some emails….i took two photos when they lifted it up to fix them
    Also none of my fluids were topped up like they are supposed to do with a seasonal tire change

  4. Took my wife’s car in for an oil change, they said the spark plugs and battery needed a change. A week later the engine was shaking violently, the engine wasn’t firing properly. Got it looked at and brought it back to me lube. Now they are charging me to fix the problems from the previous visit that they caused. I’m out 1600 and feel completely ripped off. I understand this is a business but diagnosing problems that aren’t there, billing me to fix them and then creating more problems (which I have to pay for) is some of the sleaziest business practice I’ve ever seen. This is an absurd joke and I feel completely taken advantage of

  5. they destroyed my car, and now i cant get anyone to respod to me about it! they got bunch of uneducated people working for them and have no clue what they are doing! i am $1500 in debt cause they have destroyed my oil pan and also put wrong oil in my truck. nobody cares! they are very pushy to upsale you stuff while waiting for an oil change and try to scare you as your car is falling a part (works on lot of people that are clueless ). I would never recomend MR> LUBE to anyone again and I would stay as far away from them possible. bunch of crooks!

  6. I took my wife’s car in to get the oil changed. A couple of days later I noticed puddle of oil on my garage floor and on my driveway. I took it back and the guy checked out everything and said it was residual oil that had spilled on the under cage of the car. He said he cleaned it up and gave me a 10% off coupon for my next oil change. To my surprise the oil still leaked so I took it to my mechanic and he discovered that the dip stick was not pushed down all the way so oil was spilling everywhere. I went back to their shop and told them that I had puddles of oil on my garage floor and driveway and asked them what they were going to do about it. The idiot manager said he would contact Corporate and have them give me a call. That was about a month ago. So I went back to see what was going on and once again the idiot manager took me to the parking lot, lit up a cigarette and basically blew me off. I am still waiting for a response from Corporate. I have been taking all my company and personal vehicles to them but now it’s time to go somewhere else. As far as I am concerned this idiot manager should be let go. No customer service and lies.

  7. Looks like Mr. lube started hiring Unprofessional mechanic. Recently, I went for a oil change but after some days it ended up with up oil leakage. What if something had happen to engine. The store should be liable to cover all the expenses plus they are responsible for the trouble which they gave to customer. Mr. Lube should compensate well in this kind of matters

  8. went to mr lube for an oil change 2 weeks ago. they didn’t tighten the oil plug and it came out while I was driving, all the oil drained out and it wrecked the engine. They have had my car since and I’m still waiting for it to be fixed.
