We bought 2 (TWO) Pumpkin pies on Thursday October 6th and when eaten for the FIRST time on Sunday October 9th everybody who tasted them (BOTH) said thee was a sour taste to them. NOT ANOTHER bite was eaten and BOTH pies were discarded into the fire pit. Kept both containers and when trying to get hold of customer service via PHONE it was impossible. We have been buying these pies for Thanksgiving for the past 3 years and have NEVER had an issue until now. VERY P{OOR customer service on your part. MY issue has not ended and I/we will keep on the quest to get compensated not so much for the cost of the pies, but rather the embarrassment and frustration of NOT having a dessert after a fine Turkey meal round the fire pit.
