Jazz Airlines is one of Canada’s youngest and most promising airline companies. It was founded in 2002 and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Chorus Aviation.
Its headquarters is located at Halifax Stanfield International Airport in Enfield, Nova Scotia.
Since the company has won multiple prestigious awards and is now Canada’s third largest airline, you can expect that it offers quite a few ways for you to contact its customer support representatives.
Jazz has been repeatedly awarded as one of Canada’s best employers, which should speak volume to how it treats the people both inside and outside the company.
The website states that there are 4,500 employees working for the company, with 10.6 million passengers served each year. If you’re among them or plan to be, read on to find out everything about Jazz Airlines customer care and support.
Phone Numbers and Addresses
As with any company, the first thing you’ll want to check is their corporate website. Once you visit Jazz Airlines’ official site, you’ll be greeted by a sleek and modern design. It’s very intuitive and easy to use, so on the left side on the screen you’ll find a few icons.
The “Contacts” icon is a very intuitive talk bubble.
Click on it and that’s where your disappointment will begin to slowly unroll. Only the main office based in Halifax has a phone number listed ([902] 873-5000).
The very same head office is located at:
3 Spectacle Lake Drive,
Dartmouth,
Nova Scotia,
B3B 1W8
Their operations center can be found at:
310 Goudey Drive,
Enfield,
Nova Scotia
B2T 1E4
If you need to find their west coast office in Vancouver, you can do so at:
5520 Miller Road,
Richmond,
BC, V7B IL9
Their office in Calgary is located at:
8050 22nd street NE
Toronto residents looking for a local Jazz Airlines office should head to:
5955 Airport Road,
Suite 318,
Mississauga,
ON L4V 1R9.
Potential Jazz Airlines passengers from Montreal looking for the company’s office need to go to:
740 Cote Vertu West,
Station 56.
Since the working hours aren’t listed on the website, you’re on your own here. Also, the absence of a live chat support platform isn’t really in keeping with the company’s good reputation.
Media Contacts
If you are a journalist on assignment, you can contact Jazz Airlines by email. Simply write to media@flyjazz.ca and their media relations team will handle all your inquiries.
There is also an option to write to specific corporate spokespeople during regular business hours. If this is what you need, the email addresses are
- manon.stuart@flyjazz.ca (for inquiries from Canada East, Atlantic, and French)
- debra.williams@flyjazz.ca (for inquiries from Canada Central and West).
Tech Support
Unfortunately, things don’t look very bright here either. There is only one email address you can write to, but only if you have any troubles navigating the company’s website. If that’s the case, make sure you send your inquiries to websupport@flyjazz.ca.
Social Media Channels
Even though Jazz Airlines is present on some of the most popular social media channels, there isn’t much you can do to actually contact them. Their Instagram profile includes some nice photos, but there isn’t anything else you can do.
The official YouTube channel features a handful of videos, and that’s pretty much all there is to it.
If you’re an avid LinkedIn user, you can check Jazz Airlines’ official profile there, too.
Jazz and Air Canada Express
Jazz Airlines is a regional partner of Air Canada, its largest. All flights operated by Jazz Airline in Canada and the US are under the brand names Air Canada Express (consumer flights) and Jazz Charters (chartered flights).
In addition, Jazz Airlines’ reservations and passenger inquiries are handled by Air Canada. This is also stated on the Contacts page of the Jazz Airlines corporate website.
By clicking on a link, you are transferred to Air Canada’s customer support page which makes much more sense than anything else written above.
Reservations and related issues
To book a flight or make a reservation, you can do so by calling 1-888-247-2262 which is toll free within Canada and the US, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Just below that you can click to check more numbers which might be helpful, depending on your inquiry. There is a toll-free reservation number for the hearing impaired and it’s 1-800-361-8071.
There are also international numbers, but toll charges may apply. Simply choose your country or region from the dropdown menu and then click the “go” button to obtain all relevant information.
If you experience website accessibility issues or issues related to assistive technology tools, you can call Air Canada at 1-844-347-4268.
For group travels of ten or more passengers, call the toll-free number which deals with anything related to the Star Alliance Conventions Plus. The number is 1-800-361-7585.
There are two numbers for all password assistance issues. The toll-free number is 1-866-689-8080, while the one with regular toll charges is 1-902-367-8445.
The remaining phone number is for when you experience difficulties with balance inquiries, security codes, gift cards, or any other problems of a technical nature. The number is 1-855-281-1761, but the website doesn’t state whether it’s toll free or not.
Additional Means of Communications
If you experience any difficulties such as lost baggage, there is a web form you can fill out and send to the company. Once you click on it, you will simply go through a few dropdown menus before sending your inquiry.
Want an explanation for your credit card charge? Need answers to any refund related options? These two dedicated pages will provide answers and then some.
