Hi, I took my Dodge Ram 1500 2015 to our dealer in Newmarket and told them that my remote starter wasn’t working so they told me it is because of the engine light so after $400 to fix the engine light they told me the remote starter is after market so I need to take it somewhere else…………….I bought the truck new from a dealership and took it to a dealership to get it fixed if they had told me that the engine light wouldn’t fix the car i wouldn’t have left it with them.

I went to dealership in Markham and Sheppard (Scarborotown Chrysler). The sales person over there was very rude and he was not ready to clarify my doubts regarding the variants. He was forcing me to look a 2016 blue color Journey (he told it is a deno car). Even after I explained my needs, he was not listening to that. I think he just want to sell the vehicles in the stock. Obviously that is the duty of the sales peson, but if the customer’s need is any other option or specification in the vehicle, he should be able to satisfy it rather that forcing to sell their dead stock. My worst experience as a customer ever. Totally disappointedand felt like insulted there.
