DAZN is a subscription-only video live streaming service. It is available in nine countries spanning four continents. This service is a dedicated sports-only channel. It offers both live and on-demand streaming of multiple events from all over the world.
As of today, DAZN streams more than 25,000 sporting events every year. These events include both major to minor competitions, championships, and tournaments.
In the last few years, DAZN has grown at a very rapid pace and now boasts of 2,600 employees worldwide. It currently broadcasts around 75 major sports leagues as well as gaming competitions in many different countries. The DAZN Support System Network
The network has an excellent set of support pages. These pages are easy to understand and contain step by step instructions to help you resolve any issue or problem.
The DAZN Canada web site itself is available in two languages, English and French. However, you will have to browse around a bit while looking for the language tabs. You won’t see them in the traditional upper right corner of the site. They are located right at the bottom of the support webpage.
Technical help is available here and they also have a live chat option as well. The help section is divided into DAZN subscribers and non-subscribers. Both these options have their own set of FAQs in the help section. Similarly, the live chat option also has a series of FAQs and you have to choose the one that best describes your issue with the service.
Some of the common FAQs include the following:

- Feedback and feature requests
- Catch-Up streaming issues
And several other questions each with their own detailed feedback.
Content, App and Functionality
This tab features a drop-down menu that will enable you to take a birds-eye look at all of the various features that are available to DAZN subscribers.

The Key Moments Feature
Key Moments is a built-in feature on DAZN, and it is a sub-tab of the main functionality page. It has been designed to make it easy for you to find the most exciting parts of a soccer game. Especially when navigating with the help of the scrub bar.
If the Key Moments feature is available for your specific live stream, you will be able to see the tell-tale markers on the scrub bar. They will be in line with wherever that specific moment might have occurred. Hovering the cursor over the Key Moments icon with your mouse will show you more information regarding that particular Key Moment.
Selecting it will take you to a point a few seconds before the moment actually occurred. This way, you won’t have to waste even a single moment of the action. You can find more information regarding Key Moments here.
Using the Pause and Rewind Live Stream Options
This is another subtab on the main content and functionality page. The best way to use the pause feature is to simply press the relevant icon on your DAZN live stream. This is a useful feature if you want to take a snack break. Once you press play, the video will simply continue from where you had left it off.
Alternately, you can also go back to the original or real-time version of the stream by clicking on the Go Live icon. It will fast forward the video and take you straight to the live-action as it is being played on the screen.
The app gives you total control of your onscreen viewer. It is possible to rewind, pause, and even fast forward both catch up and live videos. If you want to replay an incredible moment or gameplay once again, you can just skip back 30 seconds in order to relive the scene.
This feature is available on smart devices and it enables you to take control of all of your playback options. You can do this simply by using the on-screen buttons on the timeline. If you are using a TV or a gaming console to watch DAZN, you will be able to control your playback with your remote controller.

DAZN’s Instagram page is part of their visibility strategy. In fact their Insta account’s icon present on the main website itself. If you click on the icon it will take you to daznglobal, which is what they call their Instagram page.
The Instagram page has over 27,000 followers and more than a hundred posts. It is regularly updated by their social media team. Their account has loads of interesting information regarding new and upcoming events as well as highlights of old ones.
Twitter Feed
DAZN Canada has its very own dedicated Twitter Feed. They regularly update their account with plenty of fresh and updated content. They take their Tweeter feed very seriously. And as of now, there are approximately 8.5k Tweets already posted on their account. They have close to 25k followers.
DAZN on Facebook
DAZN has a massive fan following on Facebook with more than 1.5 million followers. They share some of their most important announcements on their FB profile and also answer queries and questions in real-time. Their Facebook Page also contains highlights of most of the important games that have taken place in the recent past.

DAZN has successfully managed to retain the interests of its viewers by live-streaming some of the most important sporting events in the world. They also keep their fans updated via their many social media accounts.
I do not understand why I can’t receive the DAZN coverage of the Everton Manchester united match. All I can see is a static photo of BrunoFernandez and a circle going round and round.

This page had to have been written by a DazN rep! There is no way that anyone who subscribes to DazN in Canada would call their streaming service and support as anything but disgraceful. Frequent buffering issues, “support” whose sole purpose is too make you give up and no real way of contacting them to express frustration.
DO not use this service. There is NO customer support. I signed up for free trial and realized the picture was c**p and immediately cancelled it. That was 6 months ago and they continue to bill me for service! I’ve tried to contact them several times and just get an email saying they will get back to me in 24 hrs. The phone contact links go nowhere and I’m forced to just dispute the charges every month on my credit card. At a loss of what to do now.

DAZN has no customer care service which makes it impossible to review. In short, once they have your money they do not give a damn. Do not bother complaining about their lousy product or their lack of service or interest because they simply do not care.
AND DO NOT FALL FOR THE 30 DAY FREE TRIAL BECAUSE, AT THE END OF THE TRIAL PERIOD THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!

I have never been so frustrated in my entire life trying to contact a LIVE PERSON for help. On my TV it tells me to press YES but when I do press YES NOTHING HAPPENS. I can’t even get into my account. DAZN websites just keep going around in frustrating circle after frustrating circle. I would like to have the English Premier football go back to cable! Dazn you need to get your act together. I also would give you zero stars if it were possible.
If I had the option of no stars I would have used it. DAZN stinks in every way. The customer care is non-existent. I have just waste 30 minutes trying to cancel an account I opened this morning. The picture is unwatchable, the chatline was unhelpful and the Cancel Account option is un-findable. What a disgusting experience! Should have known better after their NFL debacle.
