Bosch was founded over a century ago in Stuttgart, Germany. The company manufactures a wide range of mobility solutions, household appliances, power tools, and also delves in the areas of industrial technology, energy, and building technology.
The well-known electronics and engineering company is perhaps most popular for its household appliances and power tools more than anything else. Their products are available for anyone’s pockets and the quality is known to be as high as it gets. After all, they have over a century track record of manufacturing and innovation prowess.
What’s even more impressive is that Bosch also has a very well-organized and traditional system of customer support. Here are a few ways which you can contact Bosch Canada and ask for repairs, warranty information, policies, pricing details, and so much more.
Contact Bosch Canada via Phone
The easiest way to get information on appliances or to schedule a service visit is to place a call to Bosch Canada. There’s just one phone number for you to call, regardless of what issues you’re having:
1-800-944-2904
The number is available for queries about repairs, appliance advice, and even step-by-step assistance for the operation of Home Connect-compatible appliances.
You can even use this number to ask for general information about the brand, past products, upcoming technologies and more. Last but not least, you can leave feedback about your experience with Bosch appliances or shopping on Bosch in general.

Information on Special Offers
There are all sorts of contests and deals on Bosch Canada’s Special Offers Page. You’ll want to come back to this page often for new special offers.
You may receive certain deals, tips, and news of upcoming appliance releases if you subscribe to the Bosch Canada Newsletter.
This page may not only contain discount codes for specific appliances or tools but you might also find interesting contests which you can enter for free. Most contests on Bosch Canada have cash prizes.
However, given the brand’s popularity, you shouldn’t expect the competition to be easy.
How to Find a Dealer, Service, and Register Appliances
Not everyone buys from huge online marketplaces. If you’re looking for a Bosch Canada dealer, you can make use of the website’s dealer locator.
You can use the search box to type in your exact address or just your city or postal code. Once you get a list of search results, you can further filter them out. If you share your geographical location with the Bosch Canada website, you should get immediate results in dealer locator based on your location.
In order to locate an authorized Bosch service center, you’ll have to use the same phone number you use for general information.
To register your product for warranty purposes, you first have to log in to your account. From there you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Product Registration link from under the Service menu.
Once your product is verified and registered, your warranty kicks in and it will be easier to ask for product-specific information when talking to a customer service rep over the phone.
Bosch Support Page
From the Get Support Page you can access multiple helpful resources. You can find warranty information or you can browse the list of owner manuals in case you’ve lost or damaged your hardcopy.
You can also look over safety notices and general safety tips about operating Bosch appliances. This is a good place to look if you’re coming into Canada from abroad and you’re not familiar with North American voltages.
If you’re looking for maintenance tips or general information about a specific line of products, you can use the Product Selection feature on the Get Support Page.
Bosch on Social Media
If you want to contact Bosch on social media, the official Bosch USA Facebook page is the only logical choice. The page caters to both current and potential customers worldwide which is why the replies might take a few hours.
There are two ways to send a private message via Facebook. You can either type whatever question you have and wait for a response, or choose from one of the following four topics first.
- Where is your store located?
- Can I learn more about a product?
- Can I check the price of a product?
- Can I get customer service help?
While those options are supposed to hasten the response time by providing some automated responses, you can also type a question in your own words to get in touch with a customer service representative.
You can also use the Shop Now button to get redirected to the Bosch homepage and start filling up your cart.
Additionally, you can start out with a preset topic and if you’re not satisfied with the automated answer, you can ask another question in your own words. This should trigger a response from a human representative.
You can also check out the Bosch LinkedIn profile, Twitter feed, and YouTube Channel.
Final Word
As you can see, Bosch is one of the few remaining large manufacturers and distributors of high-end appliances that haven’t made the full conversion to online customer service. In fact, there’s just one phone number that you can dial if you want to get a hold of a human rep.
It’s somewhat refreshing to see that no matter what your problem is with the brand, you can pick up the phone from anywhere in the world and ask for assistance.
Still, because everything is done over the phone, the lines do tend to get busy at times so that’s something to keep in mind. You may not want to wait 15-20 minutes to find warranty information if that’s already available in the online resources.
35 mins of being on hold and was told that after a year of waiting for my dishwasher they have no timeline for delivery. When I ask to speak with someone who can provide me with a solution, I was put on hold and within a minute the line disconnected… good job Bosch…good customer service!
One phone number for all products? I got no help at all.
Using a land-line phone, never use a cell phone – you will burn your minutes faster than a forest fire – I was on hold for about twenty minutes and then my call was dropped. Not my cell phone provider. This is how Bosch treats its customers.
Two months ago a service technician called Bosch because he didn’t know what to do. He was on hold for almost an hour which I had to pay for at $125 per hour plus 13% tax.
Perhaps their customer service is over-worked from all the calls they get because Bosch makes huge numbers of faulty and second rate products and they are breaking down again and again. Poor quality products and poor quality service go hand in hand. I recommend that people avoid Bosch products.
