absolutely disappointed in my recent experience, robotic staff, no customer interaction, limited knowledge, cold food, wrong order what else can I say...bad experience
Twice now I have had bad exsprance with the young street location in barrie. 1st was the other day went around 8:30- 9 am to go into the dinning room to see about a senour coke and the dinning room was locked so i figured drive through and they said we can't give the senour drinks throw the drive throw so to me that is refussing service instead of being accomadating the second time was a day or two later i again went into the dinning room for the same drink when the guy on the till as well 2 mangers said that i have to buy something in order to get that drink mean well i can go to any other location with no problem and no need to buy something frist. My other complant about this location is here is a guy with a full grown beard handling costmers food, ya he had on a beard net but it was not keeping nothing under it as his beard was that full
We were on our work break ad had to stay in the drive up lane for 20 minutes. My order was wrong..I ordered extra onions and pickles with a combo 1 ..I didnt get my fries and my burger was thrown together.. I ate half of it. Very disappointed in this service. There was atleast 8 cars ahead of us. Teresa
We love your new breakfast commercial. “Where’s the bacon?” We will have to go down and try the Wendys breakfast. Is there any bacon in this building. LOL. 👍🏻
Orderd a meal to be delivered and items were missing . Wendys Sims Corner Saint John nb Canada. Order places on April 1st at 730 PM. Chicken Burger combo no side sent large Fries. Lady was ignorant on phone! Took my money but not corrext food
I was handed the wrong food on a 12 hour shift. When I went to exchange they lacked the conversation skills to even fix it properly. So that location is a big waste of time
Very pleased with service and food at regent Winnipeg Wendy’s
Wendys Campbell river.
As the floors in the store are extremely slippery when wet, why not place a rug at the entrance like Tim Horton does as it has the same floors.don’t wait till somebody gets hurt
Since when does Wendy's not accept American money . This is disgusting. I can guarantee that I will never buy at a Wendy's again even when I get back to the U.S. after Christmas and my entire family here in Canada will not be buying food from Wendy's again. How disgraceful
I went to the wendys in Hinton Albert's. What a dump. There wasn't a table clean and only one table taken. Lettuce and tomatoes all over the floor. Dirty as a pig pin. The washroom was another thing. Look like the toilet was used several times without flushing. Garbage all over the floor. Sad to seee a business like that. Think the health inspector should visit. Very disappointing the pigs running it goin make a bad name for wendys.
