On June 18,2021 I ordered the 2 meals of Baconator with large fries and drinks and 2 large Frosties. I got the drinks and Frosties but when I got home and checked my order it was spicy chicken burgers. I was not happy because of my allergies. I did call the Kamloops Wendy's and the manager said that they would honor the mistake and give me 3 combo meals. Because I live out of town when I did return on the June 25 and explained my order their was confusion so when I got to the window the person took my receipt and just remade single burger meal less the large Frosties. When I asked for the manager they demanded the meal back that was in my vehicle, (their screw up). I explained that she had told me any combo, which when I mention it to her she got hostile and rude. Replaced my order and told me not to come back and complain. This same Wendy screwed up my order and gave me someone else's then demanded it returned????? (their screw up) I have lived in Kamloops for 3 years and you would think I would of learned from their mistakes but my daughter enjoys their food so every now and then we go their because it is on our way home from shopping. I don't know if it is just me or others have had complaints about this Wendy's at 910 Columbia St. West Kamloops B.C. I have gone to the other Wendy's in Kamloops and never had an problems. Is really sad is they care more about pets then they do about humans weather it is product or service.
I live in Owen Sound Ontario, normally our Wendy's is pretty good.
However on June 8th my mother and I went to get some frostys. We clearly asked for two and I gave the girl at the window 2.25. She asked if we wanted our change I said no since it would have only been .15 cents.
When they go to give us our frostys they only give us one, the guy at the counter said that is all we asked for, and I said no I gave the girl the right amount for two.
He argued with us to the point he was yelling at us while two other girls working were whispering about us. He clearly was not going to give us another one even though we had paid for it.
I started to get heated because he was calling us liars while their is a huge line up behind us.
Normally I wouldn't make such a fuss, but clearly the staff needs better training and listening skills.
This was a complete embarrassment to my mother and I. Neither one of will go again and living in a small town word of mouth means a lot.
On Saturday July 25 l went to the Wendy's on Dundas street in London. The staff was rude and the manager to.I put my order in and told them twice no tomatoes on the burger. My husband can't eat them . He is allergic to them
No they didn't listen to the customer at all. So we had to put it in the garbage. Never will l go back there.
To whom it may concern,
Yesterday at 7:45 pm, I had a nightmare experience at your restaurant located at 2575 St Clair Ave West. I arrived to your establishment with my three friends, excited to get Wendy's, so we walked through the front door, unaware that they were not taking orders from there. I was rudely told "go through the walk in". So, we patiently waited behind multiple cars to place our order. As it was our turn, we waited but no one spoke through the intercom. Then someone started screaming through the window, so my friends walked up, leaving me to keep our place in line. Finally, I approached the window as well, and one of your employees started saying that we had to wait until every car had ordered before we were able to. The issue with this is, we had already waited out fair share of time and, more and more cars kept queuing behind each other. So I said, "how long would we have to wait", to where the employee countered "I don't know". She said, it's a preference from their manager/owner. After, some back and forth, because I was clearly irritated, I was not told that when I walked through the front door, I asked to speak to the manager. Their manager says, there is nothing they can do, we would have to wait an uncertain amount of time. Where I am completely unsatisfied with this experience, the manager and I got into a screaming match because she would not let me speak and continued to talk over me. Before I knew it, I was bombarded with three of your employees all speaking, and then finally the manager tried to close the window blinds on me. I have worked in a restaurant for years and I know what customer service looks, and this was utterly unacceptable. As a server, I understand that the reputation of the brand is important so it's essential to not tarnish that. As well as; during these trying times, it's also important to work together as a community. I am so saddened with this experience because I have not had Wendy's in years and I left my home during a pandemic (I do not drive might I add) to walk over, and received blatant disrespect.
Just had a burger in Collingwood ontario. Tried again 2nd time in a month burger was horrible. Will not go back every again. Burgers get worse no taste lots of grease
On the 6th of April I tried to phone in my order, the person who answered the phone was rude saying that she had 15 cars in the line and to call back in 15 minutes. I gave it 20, she hung up on me then proceeded to take the phone off the hook. I have now been trying for the last 45 minutes to phone in my order as the person who is picking it up only works until 2, then I'm s%#t out of luck, there's no way for me to walk there as im disabled and have diabetic ulcers on the top of my foot. This is a professional business, a well known restaurant and the workers should be used to the work involved with the fast food industry, this isn't the 1st time there have been issues with rudeness and wrong orders. Can't complain to the actual store for fear of what they will do to our order. Please fix your workers or provide better training. I have no way of changing the stars above. Thank you.
My husband and I picked up a late dinner from the Wendy’s drive thru at Appleby Line and the Harvester Rd. There were only two workers visible. Neither wore a mask or gloves. Both looked disheveled. Even without the virus I would have thought twice before allowing them to handle my food. Your company can and should, do better in looking out for the best interests of your customers. It’s no time for doing things in half measures. In the meantime, our business will go elsewhere.
Wendy’s restaurant Hartzell Rd. St. Catharines Ont.
The drive thru staff at Wendy’s are not wearing protective gloves at this time. According to the staff they are not allowed to. For Gods sake please change this stupid policy right now. ALL staff wear gloves
especially right now. The staff member I spoke to was more than willing and eager to wear them. THEY ARE FORBIDDEN TO BY THE MANAGER.
Stop at Wendy’s in Grande Prairie AB to grab lunch to bring home for the family which I live 45 min away order was $ 55 when I ordered my lunch in the drive through and I looked On the screen everything I ordered was ok when we got the order we looked in the bags to make sure everything was in there it looked like it was all good got home and proceeded to eat and not one of the 5 orders I put in was correct got all the wrong orders we will never go to Wendy’s again
At 7:30pm on Oct 7, the service at the Tillsonburg, Ontario store was atrocious. They messed up the order before mine My order sat on the counter for over 5 minutes, ignored by staff. Then they put it in a to-go bag when I ordered "eat in". I mentioned that the food had sat on the counter, and they asked if I wanted fresh cooked. I stated that yes & I wanted the cook to wear a beard net as I had noticed he was cooking without one. I then asked for a manager & demanded my money back.
My question is why did the cook not have a beard net on? The managers excuse that she had been on a break was just that...an excuse. Ive never had such bad service at a Wendy's before.
It's not like the restaurant was busy,,it was total lack of respect & professionalism on all the staffs part.
I am disgusted & will not go to that location again.
