  • Terrible experience with it. They put my pc optimum card inactivated with no reason. And they promised to activate the card within 24 hrs. But the card is still inactive 10 days after I reported the issue. Is this because I have so many points in my card?

  • Absolutely disgusted with customer service, trying to transfer points from Shoppers Optimum to PC optimum, customer service was rude, in a hurry and totally not helpful plus she couldn't solve my issue and she hung up on, I can't believe the way I was treated.

  • I lost my PC optimum card and I could not get to speak to a live representative despite numerous attempts. I am kept being asked by a robot to enter my card number however, the card is lost.

    If I could give customer service a zero star rating I would give it in a blink of an eye.

  • If you lose a PC card, you are not entitled to a new one, nor may you add that card to any existing account. I will QUOTE this from their email. they told me in a huge email and 100s words "YOU LOSE A CARD OH WELL. ONE CARD PER PERSON PER LIFETIME"

  • worst customer service ever. Waited for 3 hours to contact them and then they transferred my call to another agent and then again I had to wait for 2 hours. Still didn't fixed my issue.

  • Very disappointed with PC Optimum. During a recent promotion I became unable to access my account. Now I am directed to open a new account When I try to scan the card I already have am told it is invalid. The app tries to give me a new one with 0 points. The points I have under the first number has points. I want to use them. My invalid card is still accepted at checkouts, but I can't see offers, points earned on the app. I have contacted PC Optimum multiple times and have received a few replies but issue is still not resolved. No word now for over 3 weeks. I am using (instead of saving the points) on my invalid card, and when I hit 0 I'll do my shopping elsewhere
