I can honestly say that PC Mastercard treats their customers very Rudely.I will never recommend anyone to them.I have been a Card holder for at least 10 years and never missed a Payment ever.One month I didn't have the minimum payment due
I Made a.partial payment .They decreased my Credit limit.And put it down as a.missed Payment 😳.I am never using this card ever again! So my Review is Poor Customer Service.
I applied for the PC financial Mastercard during a promotion. The promotion stated that I would receive 100,000 welcome bonus pts after my first purchase at a store where PC products were sold. Almost 5 months later and several emails back and forth, I have not received them. I was told in the last email that I was supposed to get 800 liters of gas at Esso within 3 months of getting my card. No where did it say that! This is such false advertising! Staff have been completely unhelpful at fixing this issue. I am considering transferring everything to my visa and cancelling this one.
Have been a customer for over 20 yrs. There is nothing like having access to NO customer service; a wait time of over 40 min and having to listen to an inane tune that cycles over and over again making me wish I could shoot myself in the head.
Is PC Financial short of funds and unable to hire more agents because it looks like it.

Difficult to actually speak one on one with an agent. I believe I am being scammed by somebody saying they are from PC. trying to verify before I cancel or stop payment on my card.
Obviously PC doesn’t read their reviews. After looking at the ones posted, there is not one good comment about the response time. I, too, waited over an hour for someone to answer. Why don’t they spend some of their huge profits on telephone representatives who can answer calls within a few minutes. This is totally ridiculous. Too bad the powers that be don’t read the reviews and make some changes. Galen Weston is always looking for feedback. Why doesn’t someone send him the reviews. I tried finding an e-mail address for him but to no avail.
