I agree and concur will all the reviews here. I've been on hold for over an hr. I was able to get through earlier and was happy to have my issue resolved but then the phone disconnected and the rep never called me back. It's not like my number isn't showing up or with them. And now i'm back in queue for my 'very important call'. My issue is that my card has expired and it's been over 1 month and no new card. I also went to the PC reps in superstore and the guy just told me to wait that they couldn't do anything about it.
I'm in the customer service industry too and this is beyond ridiculous. Do not recommend this service; not worth the 'bonus' PC points.

I am completely fed up with PC Financials inability to answer a phone inquiry without an absolute endless wait time. Over the last two years every time I call it says "Due to higher call volume.... there are extended delays." Are you kidding me? the service is a joke.
No problems with another Master Card carrier deal with. I will be moving ALL my credit card business to that carrier.
This is not a problem with the poor Cust Rep answering the phone. The problem is with the Company. So long PC !! To say PC is an abject failure in regard to Customer communication is not a stretch. The PC Bottom line statement is complete Garbage in my experience.
Today I tried to call the customer service to inform the billing dept of my name change. I was on hold for over an hour before I gave up. Later, I tried for exactly 90 minutes before I hung up again.Then a third try at 4pm kept me waiting for more than another hour. What HORRIFIC customer service. I even tried pretending that I had lost my card but even that extension didnt answer!!!!! What is going on? I have decided to cut my card and toss it in the garbage.
Wow , tried to call to apply via phone for mastercard ...I guess they are too busy to answer the phone for my business. Very thankful I know now the kind of customer service I would have received , yikes not worth it!
I have tried multi times to get through your phone lines today , over 1 hour listening to how important my call is, also 4 times 1/2 hour during the week plus an email last Fri with no response. Right now I could not even give a 1 star. What am I supposed to do to get a new card for my husband, tried doing it on web site but the cards wont work, fortunatly my old
card still works but my husbands does not.
I got email from PC Financial half month ago to give me 10000 PC Optimum points if I transfer from paper statements to e_statments, someday I finished the transfer and also get the confirmation from PC Financial, and didn’t get paper statement last month, paid by e_statement on time, today I
phoned for more than one hour to ask for the points issue , nobody answered the phone. It’s so bad.
On hold for 2 hours, unacceptable for a company like Loblaw linked to Mastercard, hire more phone representatives instead of letting people sit on hold for hours, worst customer service ever, too bad I can't rate it with zero stars, this is unprofessional, disrespectful and ignorant
