  • Somebody picked up the call after 45 mins and transferred to another agent, no idea why and lied that there is no waiting. After waiting another 2 more hours call dropped. why?????

  • The most useless so-called "customer service" I ever encountered. Being lied to on the phone and basically ignored by email resulted in nothing but aggravation and ZERO "service".

  • I have been attempting to get through for about a week because I have been frauded and someone took out a pc card in my name. But of course when it's something important it's impossible to get through or when you do they hang up because you don't have a card number well of course I don't it's called someone took out a card in my name that wasn't me
