I have been trying to reach a representative for days, but it was impossible. Waited hours on the line and nobody is picking up. Tried to solve my issue online and I only get an automated email back saying that I need to call (and while waiting on the call they say to "go online to get help").
No real customer service here.
This is my third day on hold. Jan 4 Spent 6-8 hours on hold and never did get to talk to anyone the first day. Waited again on the second day this is now the third day in a row at 2 hours and counting. I have 4 kids that I need to attend to. I don't have time to waste entire days on HOLD. I need to talk to someone.
I called them on January 4,2022 and my. Call was on hold for more than 2 hours!!! I worked as a customer service representative myself and I understand what is high volume call flow… but the max holding time I have see. Is 10-15 mins after which a representative from the company calls back and resolved the query. Customers call for a reason. It’s a request please have a TAT for your calls so that every customer can be helped. Every 10 mins “ we are sorry we are keeping you on hold “ doesn’t change anything!!! It really gets annoying. One day off from work and it goes in waiting for a call for 2-5 hours. Really not happy with the service. I have been looking for alternate contact info such as chat online- no response, other numbers people answer and then put on hold. Really not a good experience. Am sorry this is not a nice service.
I waited 5 hours on hold and did not even get to talk to anyone. I work in a call center and 30 minutes is a terribly long time to wait for us but 5 hours is absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service.
