No matter what province you live in, chances are you’ve passed by at least one Leon’s Furniture store in the past. Leon’s dates back all the way to 1909. That’s the year the very first Leon’s opened its doors to the public in Welland, Ontario. As you probably could’ve guessed, the store got its name from its founder, Ablan Leon.
What you may not know is that Mr. Leon was actually an immigrant to Canada from Lebanon. After Ablan passed away in 1942, his children took over the business and started expanding all around Ontario.
Today, Leon’s stores can be found in every single Canadian province. In addition to furniture, Leon’s stores sell a wide variety of appliances, electronics, and mattresses.
Leon’s now uses the slogan “part of the family.” So, you should treat this company’s staff to the high standards you’d expect from your own family members. Don’t be shy, you can call this company’s management team “dunderheads” if they screwed up your order. Treat Leon’s staff just like you would your own crazy uncle. They can handle it.
Unfortunately, Leon’s has no dedicated toll-free number at the moment. However, there are numerous other ways to get in touch with this Canadian establishment. Follow the links below to figure out everything you need to know about Leon’s.
Perhaps the quickest way to get in touch with a member of Leon’s staff is to check out the “Contact Us” page on the official website.
On this “Contact Us” page you can enter in your name, email address, and write a detailed message for Leon’s staff. Once you’re done with your message, just hit the “Submit” button and Leon’s will send you a reply ASAP.
Got a question to ask Leon’s? Why not check out this company’s FAQ page before you ask a question that’s already been asked 1,000 times before. You’ll save yourself a ton of embarrassment.
The easiest way to find out where the closest Leon’s store is to your home is to check out this “Store Locator” page. On the right hand side you’ll see a list of provinces that you can click. After you click the province name, a whole bunch of numbered orange dots will appear on the Google map. Just zoom in, choose the store you want, and look for more detailed information on the bottom of the screen.
Leon’s is a YouTube sensation. Don’t believe us? Well, why don’t you check out this URL and see for yourself? Here you’ll find product reviews, space saving tips, and home makeover videos.
Facebook users can find Leon’s hot profile this link. Twitter users should take a peek at this URL. People into Instagram can find Leon’s official page right here. And, finally, folks who love “to pin” all day long can find Leon’s Pinterest page here.

horrible customer service.
rude staff.
would not recommend.
I bought a new floor model from Leons, from the start the remote will not pair to the tv.
I talked to Kim Stewart in customer service she was very rude and laughed at me because she said once the tv leaves the store Leons has nothing to do with it. The tv also has around the frame the rubber between the frame and the screen the safety rubber is sticking out. I talked to Samsung and they said none of it is covered. I am shocked at the service from leons and Samsung.
So i am stuck with a tv with issues and i also bought the extra warranty which is no good to me. I paid 199.00 for it and i want my money back. I have never been treated so poorly.
Back on May 31st 2020, we bought a sectional couch online from Leons. We haven't received it yet. It is now Sept 21 2020. Everytime I call leons someone gives me a different date of when it is coming in. Is there anyway to get ahold of someone in head office.?
I bought a sectional December 2018 and in November 2019 one side of the sofa (recliner)was completely broken. I had purchased the extended warranty for 5 years and called the store for someone to come in and fix it. The technician came in December 2019 and said that it was completely broken, and they would be ordering the part . It has been 6 months and the part has not arrived as yet although it has been apparently shipped. I went into he store today and the sales girl tell me that the broken frame is not part of the extended warranty although the warranty clearly states that it is. She was very rude. Another spring in the middle of the sofa is now broken and they won't send anyone to fix it. I called the head office and am waiting to hear back.
Unbelievable.
Having no toll free number for a company makes no sense to me. In the last 72 hours I have sent 5 emails and called the number 1-800-608-7301 to receive my refund. I have not been responded to by any of these attempts to reach out to this company. Your slogan “part of the family.” Is so far from true.
Ordered online December 26th with a pick up date of January 2nd. Arrived at the local store January 2nd to find out that this item has been discontinued and should never have been able to be sold to me. Was told 2-3 business days for a refund and still have not received this refund. Not to mention the lack of being able to contact anyone. Worst experience I have ever had. I call the store they say they cannot help me, and to call the number 1-800-608-7301. One day I could leave a message the next day 8 calls (from 10 a.m till 3 p.m) busy signal. All I want is my refund that I am entitled to since I did not receive the product I purchased. Last time I purchase here. I cannot believe how difficult this has been.
For the past 2 weeks I've been struggling with a return of a damaged and defective furniture. It turns out Leon's sells items that were damaged and returned. Be aware and do not purchase, they will fraud your finance card and will never offer a new product. Make sure you go to the store and embarrass them in front of their customers and escalate to your finance company Desjardin or they will not offer a refund and will keep postponing your return. Not to mention their drivers are ghetto, rude and uneducated thugs.
I am not happy, not happy at all. This company id more interested in 1 time sales than taking care of there customer and having them return. Shame on you.
