That’s the year the very first Leon’s opened its doors to the public in Welland, Ontario. As you probably could’ve guessed, the store got its name from its founder, Ablan Leon.

What you may not know is that Mr. Leon was actually an immigrant to Canada from Lebanon. After Ablan passed away in 1942, his children took over the business and started expanding all around Ontario.

  • I wish that i can give negative ratings. I ordered my recliner set in April 2021 and they promised to deliver in 1st week of June. In june they called me to accept partial delivery and will deliver chair end of June. I called back in July and they said that its late and will deliver end of August. Now its last week of August and now saying end of October. Seriously they are just playing and not willing to work .Even store manager did not bother to call back while i made several calls

  • Leon's has no valid warranty for appliances. A out of country telemarketing service sends you a reply that takes three weeks for a technician. They have no parts and tell you it could take weeks or months. Leon's defers your problem saying they are not connected to King and State and do not help customers resolve their issues. You cannot return the appliance or expect a replacement. They do not respond to the online complaint form. The lesson learned is buy from a place that has a valid warranty. Ask upfront questions then look into them before you make a purchase. Avoid Leon's for peace of mind.

    Manager name Ryan does not have basic hygiene habits,He cut the tape with his dirty mouth to wrap the open box. Seriously Zero customer service ,poor hygiene and this is COVID.Leon’s should replace this kind of managers.

  • I recently purchased a sofa, mattress, head board and bedroom dresser and two night tables at your Leon's location in Coquitlam. I had excellent customer service by Paul Burlo who is also the Store Manager. He was very helpful, informative and went above and beyond his duties in helping me. He even had two Leon employees come to my place to help assemble the bed and mattress which had a remote so I had no clue what I would have done!. I would like to give Kudo's to Paul and his team for all the support I was given. I had a few issues with my dresser and sofa and Paul is also taking care of this for me. Thank you -

  • I had very bad experience with Leon in Daniel-Johnson street I bought bed room , sitting room , refrigerator, oven, washing machine, and dryer I paid almost 13000$ they delivered different bed room and when I asked them to correct their error and give the bed room I chose they asked me to bring the bed room I received by myself any way I am going to complain to petit créance

  • Honestly would never shop there again and have advised everyone I know to go anywhere else! I had a delivery and they scratched my freshly stained stairs. Called Customer Service and they played games not returning my calls! The Manager of CS was never in or on another call. Horse crap….. they never dealt with the issue! Nor were they going to! I am out of pocket now to restain my stairs. The Brick has much better service!

  • the worst....i bought a new dryer and had it delivered 2 days ago. After i set it up, i peeled the tape off the door and the door fell off. Now i can' t get anybody to help me. $1200 and they could care less

  • Worst Customer service of any company I have ever dealt with.
    Leon’s should be ashamed of themselves the way they treat their customers when they need a warranty or repair issue. I bought a chair from the Leon’s in Newmarket Ontario in June of 2020,
    In February of 2021 the chair broke , I called Leon’s to have the chair repaired, they told me a tech would contact me with in 2 weeks it was 4 weeks , the Tech was rude, unhelpful and a very poor representative of Leon’s ( but now I understand why he was rude it must be a company policy ) I then called to find out when my chair would be repaired and was told the tech had not filed the repair report and I had to wait . In short I have contacted the store 3 times to have this piece of Garbage chair repaired . I have also asked for the store manager to give me a call to resolve this issue and yes no call . It is now mid May my chair is not repaired no one has contacted me . This is unacceptable so please please please pay a little more and shop anywhere else than Brick or Leon’s for your furniture or appliances with this kind of customer service they don’t deserve our hard earned money They have certainly lost site of who the customer is. And they should stand behind the products they sell and not for the manufacture of the garbage furniture they sell .SHOP LAZY- BOY
