Even one star. My recent experience with them emphasizes that making a customer happy is the least of their goals. I bought a Samsung range and warranty with king n state only to find that when self clean destroys an oven - no one takes responsibility. DO NOT RELY ON LEONS

Purchased a set of 4 dinning room chairs along with the insurance. One of the chairs didn't last a year, poor quality product and filed a claim. This claim was back in July of 2021 and we are still waiting for a replacement product.
I purchased a lift coffee table and an end table from Leon’s in March. After waiting one month, I received the coffee table and end table. I immediately returned the coffee table as it was damaged. I waited approx 3 weeks for it to be picked up and replaced. My end table had a drawer that was stuck and would not open or close. I had called Leon’s and was told that a technician would be sent out to look at it. 10 days passed and no one returned my call.
Today, I received the replacement coffee table and after opening and trying to assemble it, much to my horror, the replacement was also damaged! I immediately called the salesperson who sold me the tables (I had also purchased a sofa and love seat as well and advised her of the damaged replacement and lack of a technician dealing with the end table.
Alisa Baptista was fantastic! She advised me that there were floor models of the coffee and end tables and if I wanted them, she would personally deliver them. ( I live one block from the Orangeville Leon’s store.) Within an hour, Alisa was at my apartment with the two tables. She and another employee delivered the 2 tables in her vehicle, and took back the defective ones. I was so happy! Alisa went over and above anything I could have ever expected and what exceptional service she delivered!

I have purchased a tv and when I got it home the screen was cracked. I have spoken to several people who have told me there is nothing they can do. Now I'm being told I knew the tv was broken and was ok with that...LIES!
I have been a loyal leons customer for 15 years purchasing several beds, washer & dryer, 2 furniture sets, coffee table, entertainment stand..the list goes on. I like the product, but after this interaction, I am not sure I will step foot in another Leons again.
I would like to speak to someone who can actually help me.
I will never return to Leon’s after years I went back this year I spent over $6000 there this year and I wanted to return a dishwasher which they will not take back. They have no policy for returns I find that hard to believe. Either way they will never get any more of my money and I am sure that they do not care

I have been purchasing all my furniture from Leons. I bought bedframe. Queen cloud. The mattress I had fit perfect... So decided to buy a mattress from leons. Pending heart surgery. This mattress does not fit the frame..moves around at night.my bedding does not fit.Bought double size sheets that fits. The queen sheets all new by the way too big. The store sent a representative and he measured the mattress starting at 3" . The office manager said I need space for tucking ...the new mattress from leons. Does not fit my old queen boxspring. They have giving me the run around.when I get up in the .morning the back of my knees run on the frame. I myself and 2 other family members no longer buying from them....yes they do sell returned furniture as new. My dogs I returned was for sale at their tent sale. They sent me either that the staples were coming out...they only repaired it....so so long Leons. After 20 + years
I have a very bad experience with installation services ordered along with order for Dishwasher. Delivery was prompt - ordered 5-Aug-21, delivered 11-Aug-21. Today on 15-Sep-21 - installation is still pending. No way to reach the guys, who I believe are sub contractors for the services. You are kept waiting on calls (45-60 mins) and then you lose patience. North Mississauga stores, where I purchased from, is helpless - they have simply disowned. Where do I go?
This is the worst experience yet buying a simple bed from leons. My first and last purchase! I am shocked there is no one to call if you have problems with your purchase experience. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY. NO 1800. NUMBER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BULL....!
