Been was Goodlife for more then 6 years intell fit4less showed up I joined them because of the price vs Good life had good experience from day one but as soon as covid started in March I had not so good experience. Around April I realized it would be best for me to say away from the gym til things cleared as we k ow the gym was closed for a few weeks shortly after covid and reopened after some restrictions came in to place but for me I still did not feel safe so I called them up explaining my problems asked to speak to the manager and as he come on his Attitude was not good experienced to him that it this time I do not plan to go back to the gym til things changed and asked if you can put my account on hold I was informed that he can do that no problem but weeks later Nothing changed I call back a month later speaking to the manager he told me that he would send a letter to head office to this day I have not received any reply
