  • Customer Service is non existent. I'm here because I'm still unable to get a response or resolution. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS GYM TO ANYONE, especially those on a student budget which is their target market. THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME FOR ALMOST 3 YEARS AFTER CANCELING **NOT IDEAL WITH A STUDENT BUDGET/ LOAN** I moved from Vaughn in 2018 and canceled my membership. After still seeing charges on my account I called the Woodbridge location from the US, where I currently reside. I said I canceled this and they said I need to come in, in person , with ID and "TRY AGAIN". I explained I am in the US and not currently flexible so I was given an email to send a photocopy of my ID and explain my case. I followed these instructions. After being told I was cancelled, I assumed it was put to rest. Today I was charged AGAIN almost 3 years later... after contacting my bank it appears I was only not charged during the pandemic. Don't be fooled by the cheap price, they'll absolutely rinse you in other ways then make sure you have no way to contact them :) Try Movati, or F45 they're at least worth the $$ and have a customer service team with competence.

  • I would like to comment on the location that I use the most. CenterPoint Mall location is well managed and the staff are always busy maintaining the gym. I have seen 3 managers since I started going to this location many years ago and they all seem to have the same mind set.
When I went back to gym last Friday and there was a member that was very rude and impatient with staff at the desk. The customer was interrupting the manager as he was assisting another customer. Manager was calm and cool in dealing with this entitled human.
    Gym always clean.

  • Went to the gym in Kingston not realizing you still had to book a time and was told I could not come in without booking. I asked what the capacity was and was told 125 and there was only a hand full of people there. I questioned her on that and asked since it is not at capacity why can't I go in and she said they were not excepting walk ins anymore. I went on line and was able to book that time and went back with a print out of the confirmation but she refused again to let me in as she said it didn't show up in her system. I went to the website and it still says if you don't arrive within 15 minutes of your booking the timeslot will be automatically cancelled and given to another member which means you should be able to go in without a booking. Can someone please let me know what is going on there is no reason if you are a member and the time slot is not full that you can't go in?

  • Unable to get any customer service. Trying to schedule a time, nothing is ever available. Now I am getting a message that says my membership is invalid. No number to reach anybody. Website says go to the gym and use their machines there. Gym is closed. Why can't I get customer service from a human at the gym??

  • How do you get in touch with these people. My gym opens on Friday and I don’t have my membership number. I don’t have my contract and forgot my password. So now what. You have no way to get a hold of the,

  • Where is customer service number? I mean I filed to freeze my account back in September 2020 but still I am getting charged and there is no contact information for customer service and there is response for the form I filled.

  • 1st I would say this is a good gym especially if you are on a budget and really self motivated, however the manager (Roxy) at the Macleod location Calgary Alberta is the most rude, unprofessional and ill mannered person I have ever met in my life. I have been working out at this location for over 3years, I booked an appointment, showed up to work out and Roxy told me I can’t because this is not my branch, I said that can’t be right since I know I have effected this change twice now. She basically walked up to me and said she is the manager and I have to leave or she is going to call the cops. I never seen such a power drunk person in my life. I literally told her I think she is power drunk at this point and she said she was going to cancel my membership too (wow). To cut the story short, as far as she is still the “manager” over there, I would like fit4less management to look into how many memberships she’s cancelled and her reasons. And I wouldn’t recommend this location for anybody. I do recommend fit4less for what it is but for this Macleod location please don’t, the manager (Roxy) is horrible.

  • I was a member at Goodlife burnside Dartmouth NS for the passed 12 yrs but when fit for less showed up I changed my membership because of the price had good experience with them for a yr but after covid Arrived in March 2020 I put my gym on hold by calling them up Informing them that I would like to cancel my membership for a short time I then was told that would not be a problem by the manager But weeks later I notice that their money was still coming in to my account I thence called a back again and And spoke to the manager here for me that it will be taken care of 2 weeks pass still money coming on my account I then sent a letter to hit office and received a response saying that it will be taken care of it by email he told me that he sent and email to head office Still no major response from head office I then contacted portman street fitful S in spoke to the new manager and explain my situation her she was very rude to me on the phone and did not help me in any situation at all all I asked and told her that I will no longer be coming to the gym because I don't feel safe with Covid 19 She did told me that she did not see any letter from manager prior to her becoming new manager to this day I have not gone back to the gym and his not receive any refund or call about my membership as of Jan this yr my membership was canceled and still no reply from any member of fit for less.

  • I find it absolutely astonishing that the booking process in the Argyle site in London On. allows you to book at midnight because lets be honest with this process -a minute after midnight all the time slots are gone . I am sleeping at that time as I work early in the morning so there is NO way I can stay up that late ( not to find a time slot anyways) .secondly I have been told that its the same people in the gym all the time - there should be a LIMIT to how many times you can go in a 7 day period which would allow time slots for other members . Members that are still working through the Covid period need to workout to manage the stress levels .

Shame on management for this lack luster process
