Hit the BK in Redcliff, Alberta after a 13 hour shift after coaxing my workmate into going as he isnt a huge fan. Did the double vax proof thing. He ordered , I ordered about 3 people after him. He waited about 5 min, got his food and started to dine. 10 minutes later still had not recieved my meal as I observed approx 10 different orders go out the drive thru window. Approached to enquire about my order, was told. "Oh, the drive thru is real busy." Apparently dine in customers play second fiddle. Five minutes later approached the till again (still hadnt received my food) suggested they give my money back and was now told, "oh he just put your burger on the grill". The whole time the manager was standing with her back to me at the till and didnt once acknowledge her unhappy customer and leaving the 15 ish year old girl at the till to deal with me. Cowardice. On top of that once I got my food it was probably the worst BK I ever ate. Absolutely vile. The whole experience completely soured me on burger king. Which I used to love, and my coworker said it is absolutely the last time he will ever eat BK. Thanks Redcliff Burger King for sucking so large.
... O
Went to the Burger King on two nations crossing in Fredericton. Went in to place my order and was told there was no dine in because of covid. I said that was ok because I was gonna take it home. He said they couldn’t do that either because of Covid. Yesterday I had breakfast at the smythe st BK and had no issue doing a take out order. The location I was at tonight is just across the street and I have been getting takeout from there the past year with Covid rules and had no problem so and I was masked and am fully vaccinated so I’m not sure why suddenly im no able to order. I do know after this treatment I may not go back to this location no matter how close they are.
Can’t even review the meal. Went to the Enfield Nova Scotia location and stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting to place my order. The 3 staff on duty didn’t feel it was important to interact with the customer at the front counter or at least acknowledge that we were there. This was at 2:30pm on September 12th and it wasn’t even that busy. These staff members were in a world of their own flittering back and forth filling ketchup containers. We left the store and went elsewhere. Horrendous customer service…the king would be beside himself!,,,
Went to BK on Jean Talon and Decarie on the 19th of Nov store #14326 I orderd 4 Whoppers when I got home there was only 3 in the bag!!
