  • Refuse to eat at A& W any more. Sick of their annoying commercials being played 2 -3 times in every damn commercial break. Miss the funny ads. This latest one with the choir just killed it for us. We live in a seniors community and have not heard anyone say they like it. Don’t know who makes the decision on what commercials get chosen, but you need to fire them.

  • The a&w's around Truro Nova Scotia are very filthy same with their machines the managers do not run the store right and the employees get very mouthy with customers the stores should be shut down and cleaned properly and most of their employees should be retrained and some should not even be working there as for managers and supervisors some manager shouldn't be managers some of the supervisors should take over the manager's position cuz they do more work

  • Never use the App to order. The trap is ; you get a coupon, you order and get a discount - very small- and then you are told the order did not come through and you have to pay on the counter and then ask for a refund on the card you used in the App. You cannot get a phone number to call and cannot see the manager. No idea when or if there will be a call back. Found many people frustrated. What serious business if you fo not have a phone number for customer service? Search all over, found only a feedback page. Very dissppointing.

  • I went to the A&W on Regent in Wpg. The one right past Lagimodiere. I had been there the week before and went through drive through and when I got home a lot of the order was missing. I didn’t bother phoning This week my husband wanted A&W so we nice again we went to drive through. This time I wanted to make sure our order was right. I had a coupon for 2 teen burger meals. I told the guy that and I ordered the first with everything on it. The second I ordered without mustard. Then I told him I wanted to ADD 2 orders of onion rings. He said ok I went to the window and got my order. I even asked the girl if the 2 orders of onion rings I added were there. She assured me they were so I left. We drove home went to eat and yes there were onion rings no fries. This time I phoned. I tried to explain to the girl I had ordered 2 teen burger meals PLUS 2 orders of onion rings. She kept saying we got our onion rings. I said yes but we didn’t get our fries. I told her I had ordered 2 teen burger meal PZlUS 2 onion rings and she kept saying yes u got your onion rings. I finally said forget it I will phone tomorrow and speak to the manager. She then asked me for my number and said she would have her manager phone me the next day. Well I waited but no phone call. I love A&E food but the service in the store near us leaves a lot to be desired. :(. Won’t be going back to that store. It was the same people on both times the order was messed up too. :(

  • Westlock Ab store.
    Hamburgers are always cold.maybe room temp. I even ask for a hot one last time.
    Last 3 times in 3 months they have been out of onion Rings, previously they only filled 1/2 bag and cold as well!Also last cold burger,they put part of the lettuce core on my burger! Shows very little pride.They never give us any condiments. I’ve complained about all of this,but it has never been rectified.
    This is a franchise,it should be operated the same as other stores. I need to drive an hour away to get my monthly burger fix.
    This is poor customer service,
    I’m very frustrated, more disapointed, being a small town,how busy is this store! Why don’t they care!

  • Good Morning!
    I just purchase coffee from A&W. While I was trying putting into cupboard it opened and spread over inside cabin and my thigh and chair. Although interior cabin is dark grey color it is wet and smells of coffee stains. I really regret bought morning coffee from A & W.

  • I stopped in at the A&W in Lockport Manitoba on the way back to the city from my cabin. I ordered a Mama burger with cheese and a Mozza burger along with onion rings and fries. Had to wait 10 minutes for the fries to come. Almost reached city limits and we started to eat our burgers. both the burgers were totally Raw. uneatable. I stopped into the A&W by my house and showed them the hamburgers. they said I had to return them to lockport location. I phoned them when I got home. explained what the problem was and the girl told me to give her my phone number and she will call me back. she did not call. I tried to call her 4 times and she kept on hanging up on me. like come on! You need to get some new staff there. ones that can cook and others who take complaints seriously. Not right that I had to buy food from another place. I should of been able to get it replaced in Wpg.

    Just got told i have to leave as i was waiting for my guest to arrive, i had been sitting around 10 minutes
    The lady couldn't speak very well english and don't think understood it either...
    I said im waiting for my friend , she said u habe to wait out side...so i go out side and snow is falling off there roof ledge onto me as i wait for my friend to done here at this ridiculously prised place..
    So i called and asked to speak to a manager , the lady , maybe same one , did not speak english nor understand...she told me no manager and for me to look up the number on the internet...while i was speaking she hung up on me

  • Good afternoon i just wanna share my experience at a&w located at 2102 11th avenue regina saskatchewan at cornwall mall so i redeemed my coupon teen burger( free ) and my burger has HAIR in it but before that while waiting for my order I saw the maker that he didnt use gloves so I asked the cashier if they used Gloves by making the burgers and the cashier said NO because they washed their hands and its hot inside is it reasonable tho?And now my food has hair in it. Their service is very awful and disgusting.

  • Wow!!! First off….. overpriced, but I chose to go with the family knowing the prices, so that’s on me…..$44+ later A&W decided to throw 1… yes, only 1 bacon strip (cut in half) on the teen burgers we ordered. Pitiful, just pitiful. This is stealing. A&W stole from me. I’m done with them.
