The first is through My Account. The second way to reset your receiver is by unplugging the power cord and then plugging it back in (this is called power cycling).

Users must first log in to reset a Cogeco receiver through My Account. They can then select Equipment from the side menu and locate the Equipment they need to reset from the Current Equipment list.
Finally, they can press the Activate button. Following these simple steps, users can easily reset their Cogeco receiver through My Account.
If you’re still experiencing technical difficulties with your Cogeco receiver after resetting it from my account, another troubleshooting step you can try is resetting it by power cycling.
To do this, unplug the receiver from the electrical outlet and wait 15 seconds. Then, plug it back in and wait 60 seconds before turning the receiver back on.
This process allows the receiver to reboot and clear any potential errors that may have been causing the issue. In most cases, resetting the receiver in this way will fix the problem and allow you to continue using your Cogeco service without interruption.
