Having trouble logging into your Netflix Canada account?

If you have forgotten or misplaced the password for your Netflix Canada account, you can reset your password one of three ways. You can reset the password by the email associated with the account, the phone number associated, or by using billing information.

Resetting your password through email

1. Head to netflix.com/loginhelp.
2. The web page will give you the option of email or phone for resetting. Select email.
3. Enter the email address associated with the account, and hit the blue “Email Me” button.
4. Check your email for instructions. The email, which should arrive within a few minutes, contains a link to the Netflix site which allows you to choose a new password.

Not finding an email? Check spam or other junk folders in your inbox, and try resending the email through netflix.com/loginhelp again. In rare cases, it may take up to 5 hours for the email to appear due to provider issues.

Resetting your password through phone number

1. Head to netflix.com/loginhelp.
2. The web page will give you the option of email or phone for resetting. Select phone.
3. Enter the phone number associated with the account, and hit the blue “Text Me” button.
4. Check your phone texts for a verification code.
5. Enter the verification code from your phone into the site, and follow instructions to choose a new password.

Note: This method of resetting your password will only work if you have added your phone number to the account prior. Phone numbers can be added by visiting the Account page on Netflix and finding the “Add Phone Number” option.

Resetting your password through billing information

If you are unsure of the email or phone number associated with your account, you can reset your password through billing information.

1. Head to netflix.com/loginhelp.
2. Underneath the options for phone and email, click the blue text that reads “I don’t remember my email or phone.”
3. The link will take you to a form that requires the name associated with the account as well as the credit or debit card previously used.
4. Hit “Find Account” and follow prompts to choose a new password.
