Crave TV is a pre-paid monthly service, and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel, Crave TV will not bill you for the following months and your membership will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

For example, if you pay on March 13th and decide to cancel Crave TV on March 20th, your membership will continue until April 12th. On April 13th, you will not be billed for renewal and your membership will end.

To cancel Crave TV, it depends on how you subscribe to the service:

• Directly with Crave TV
• Through cable provider
• Apple / iTunes
• Roku

Directly WIth Crave TV

If you are using Crave TV on your computer, android tablet, smart TV, or android phone, you can follow these steps to cancel your subscription:

1. Access Manage Account by clicking on the user icon at the top right corner of the main page.
2. Choose Subscriptions on the menu bar to access the Subscription page
3. On the subscription page, click on Cancel Subscription located at the top right corner of the page.
4. To finalize the cancellation, follow through with the confirmation.

Please note that once you cancel your Crave TV subscription, all your add-on subscriptions will also be terminated.

Cancelling Crave TV through Email

Crave TV can be reached at help@crave.ca to cancel your subscription.

Send an email to help@crave.ca including the email associated with the account, and the subscriptions you would like to cancel.

Within a few days, you should receive an email confirmation of the cancelation you requested from Crave TV Help.

Cancelling Crave TV through Telephone

Crave TV can be reached at 1-888-272-8388 to cancel your subscription.

Call the number, and tell the customer service associate which subscriptions you would like to cancel.

You should receive confirmation from the customer service associate that your subscriptions are canceled.

Through Cable Provider

If you are subscribing to Crave TV through a cable provider, you cannot cancel the subscription by yourself through the app. Instead, you must contact the provider directly to go through the cancellation process.

Apple/iTunes

If you are subscribing through Apple, please access your iOS device or your Apple computer and cancel your subscription in the setting. And if you are subscribing to Crave TV through iTunes, you can cancel your membership by going through the process in the iTunes setting.

Roku

If you are subscribing through Roku, you can cancel your membership by logging into your Roku account and clicking Manage Your Subscription. There you can select Crave TV and proceed with the cancellation process.
