Terrible service. Absolutely atrocious. Recorded messages to help-line phone that never gets answered. Referals from the few actual people that have been reached goes back to the same unreachable ‘phone line.
All we want is to purchase a replacement for our doorbell button. It is seemingly impossible to do.
We live in Surrey, British Columbia. There is a Honeywell facility of some sort in Burnaby, not far from us. We’ve called that number as well, and get norhing but a recorded message. This round and round trip to nowhere is beyond tiresome: it’s seriously aggrivating.

We bought this doorbell, being aware that Honeywell is a large, respected, International product manufacturer. It was expected to have been a prudent chouce. We could not have been more wrong. Honeywell has dreadfully awful customer assistance that has proven itself to be worse than useless. There is NO customer satisfaction.
We are unamused, and hugely dissappointed in what is supposed to be a reputable company.

breaking into pieces and causing a cut and bruising to my foot . The swelling does not allow me to put my shoe on and is painful.and black and blue. l have had this unit for approx. 10 yrs. however that is not the point. l am lucky that it did not land on my toes but on the arch of my foot. l think there should be some sort of compensation . l am 82 yrs of age
I have this the seven days programmable thermostat installed in 2015, now it’s broken, all of a sudden it went black. I’m just wondering if there’s any warranty on this product. Thank you.
