  1. I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am with the dodge dealership in the PAS Manitoba. Twin Motors stepped up to the plate for my 18 yr old son Who plays Jr hockey in the PAS. He was having trouble with his 2013 jeep wrangler and had taken it into a couple local garages as per advice from some of billet families. I had told him always take it to the dealer. I have a fleet of trucks ( some dodge ) for my HVAC company on the east coast and all of them are only serviced by dealerships. None the less he was taken for a ride at both places $ 2000.00 plus dollars. He dropped his jeep off one night after practice and 9 am AST the next morning I received a call from the service lady wondering why the jeep was there. I explained the issues with all of the history from the other places and she was fantastic. She took the jeep in with no appointment and kept me up to speed with what was wrong and how much it was going to cost. Very professional as customer service has been slipping over the years. I cant thank the young lady enough and I told her that on the phone. My son is a 48 hr. drive from me and having someone take care of his needs so far away from home is priceless. Thank you Devon form Twin Motors keep up the great work.

  2. I bought a Dodge Ram truck two mouths ago and discovered duc tape on the under side of the rocker panels . I was very surprised . I have been looking for rubber plugs to cover them to prevent any salt and sand getting in the holes . why after paying a lot of money do I have to cover these holes ?

  3. My husband are senior citizens. Due to health problems my husband can no longer drive..
We have a 300;dodge car which I find hard to park and only drive to the Grocery store

I asked to cancel the lease and purchase a smaller dodge car that would better fit our needs

The 15 thousand dollar penalty was shocking!!! I can assure you I will advise anyone who is think of leasing a Dodge product to rethink their decision!

  4. Hello Everyone, I bought a new Jeep Cherokee at Chrysler in Orangeville Ontario in 2017. I’ve had to bring it back for service several times and every time I’ve brought it back for service it’s been a total nightmare. I’ve put it in for service and I get it back with more problems than it originally went in for. It’s actually at the dealership right now. I dropped it off on Thursday for new strut mounts and it’s still there today (Monday) and they are telling me that they still don’t have the parts and I will have to bring it back another time. It’s been like this every time it’s went in for service. Buyer beware, their service sucks.

  5. I want to give you my feedback on my experience with your dealership in Kelowna : Kelowna Chrysler Dodge Jeep ltd. on Enterprise Way. I feel my experience has been quite terrible. For 1, I felt quite pressured to buy the Jeep in the first place. 2. When I did go through with the purchase I was promised that the bike rack would already be installed on it upon pick up. When I picked up the Jeep, I was told I had to deal with getting it installed. This ended up being another terrible experience. I was told to just drop by the shop, it would be a quick 10 minute install. This accessory shop was quite upset I was told that and said I needed an appointment and with my schedule this was not easy. The first bike rack didn’t work with the Jeep, so I had to wait for another one to be ordered. They didn’t call me when it came in, I had to call them. They were busy and said it would be about a week. After another couple weeks I was so frustrated I just went and picked it up and they didn’t seem to care to get this set up. I got home and realized I didn’t get the hitch extender and had to go get that. Needless to say it’s all still sitting in a box in my garage.
    3. I’ve had the jeep not even 2 months and on July 27th when I was in vacation in Oliver the feature I Purchased the jeep for- the power top , quit working. It wouldn’t close. So on the 28th I went to your service shop to have it looked at, 2 of the desk guys came out and tried to force it shut. They couldn’t get it and sent me to the auto shop side, they worked on it for an hour, couldn’t fix it and sent me back to the service shop. The desk guys there said they would ” absolutely not look at it for at least 2 weeks “. Kind of a problem to not be able to close the top. It did end up raining. They said no rain in the forecast so don’t worry about it. This is a problem that should be a first priority to fix. I ended up going to the Okanagan Chrysler Jeep dealership. They stayed a half hour overtime to figure out the problem and get the top closed. They have the part on order.
The Kelowna dealership on Enterprise Way has terrible service and I feel like all they want is to take a customers money and not take care of them when issues arise with their purchase.

  6. Hi, I took my Dodge Ram 1500 2015 to our dealer in Newmarket and told them that my remote starter wasn’t working so they told me it is because of the engine light so after $400 to fix the engine light they told me the remote starter is after market so I need to take it somewhere else…………….I bought the truck new from a dealership and took it to a dealership to get it fixed if they had told me that the engine light wouldn’t fix the car i wouldn’t have left it with them.

  8. I went to dealership in Markham and Sheppard (Scarborotown Chrysler). The sales person over there was very rude and he was not ready to clarify my doubts regarding the variants. He was forcing me to look a 2016 blue color Journey (he told it is a deno car). Even after I explained my needs, he was not listening to that. I think he just want to sell the vehicles in the stock. Obviously that is the duty of the sales peson, but if the customer’s need is any other option or specification in the vehicle, he should be able to satisfy it rather that forcing to sell their dead stock. My worst experience as a customer ever. Totally disappointedand felt like insulted there.
